Please note that the Specialist's service is unambiguously personalized, that is, it is adapted to Your individual needs and is provided on a specific day and during a specific time period.

However, You have the right to withdraw from the Specialist's service (from the session), by notifying about it earlier than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the start of the scheduled session. The deadline for exercising the withdrawal right will end 23 hours and 59 minutes before the start of the session.

To exercise the withdrawal right or about your withdrawal from the Specialist's service (from the session) You must inform us – The Inner Space with an unambiguous statement about the decision to withdraw from this contract. You can notify about exercising the withdrawal right or about your withdrawal from the session in your private cabinet, or by sending a message to email: info@theinnerspace.online, or using the form on our website https://theinnerspace.online/atteikums.

If you send your statement about exercising the withdrawal right using your private cabinet or the form on our website https://theinnerspace.online/atteikums, we will immediately notify you by email of confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal.

For the withdrawal right deadline to be observed, it is sufficient if you send your statement about exercising the withdrawal right before the end of the withdrawal right deadline, that is, no later than 23 hours and 59 minutes before the start of the session.

You can no longer exercise your withdrawal right if:

• A reminder about the scheduled session has been sent to you (it is sent 24 hours before the start time of the scheduled session), or
• you register for the session earlier than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the start of the scheduled session and have clearly agreed and confirmed the loss of withdrawal rights.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the session, you have the right to choose – to receive a refund or to credit the amount paid for the cancelled session towards the payment of the next session. If you choose to receive a refund, we will refund the amount paid for the session that did not take place/was cancelled within 14 (fourteen) days from the day when we were informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have clearly expressed consent to do it differently. In any case, no fee will be charged to you in connection with such refund.
